Photography

Filmmaking is a collaborative artform and incorporates every other artform known to create something greater than the sum of its parts. While I am a storyteller first and a filmmaker second, I try to expand my artistic horizons whenever I can. One of the other ways I express my artistic nature is with photography. It has been through this medium, that I've developed a greater appreciation for what's involved in motion picture photography. How much it has in comon with its single frame predecessors. The primary difference for Cinematography being that you're taking 24 photos per second and creating the illusion of the passage of time on the big screen.
